Enterprise Services

Provides technical support for information and computer systems that service the core enterprise computing needs across the university.  These systems include: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) integration, programming and solutions, Student Information Systems (SIS), Constituent Relationship Management (CRM), Portal, Student Recruiting and Retention, Teaching and Learning (LMS) and others.

Provides system and application administration for Business Objects, Canvas LMS, Joule, and My.Olivet along with the integration of Colleague for these systems.  Oversees the Colleague processes related to account entitlement.  Assists with process re-engineering emphasizing continuous improvement while focusing on process ownership, operational efficiency, and system integration.
