Applications Services provides various Information Systems services in order to support campus operations in relation to technological needs. This is done through a variety of processes including systems analysis, systems design, systems maintenance, application development, application implementation, product evaluation, training, and troubleshooting. The goal of Applications Services is to maintain the highest quality of support for current campus IS needs and to gather and evaluate information to most appropriately solve any future campus IS needs.

OASIS - Olivet's Administrative Student Information System
Student Identification Cards
- General Information
Student identification cards are required for students and provide identification throughout Olivet
Nazarene University's campus. Along with identification they are also used to access meal plans, Tiger
Dollars, the library, and athletics. A new card will be issued the first semester attending Olivet and
is valid as long as student registration status remains active.
Employee Identification Cards
- General Information
Identification cards are issued to all employees at Olivet Nazarene University and serve a number of
purposes that are outlined in the descriptions of different card types.
- Employee Identification Card with Insurance
This is the standard card that identifies the holder as an employee of Olivet Nazarene University. On
the back is health insurance information that is used for providing information to health providers.
This card is also used to give access to Benner Library and athletic activities.
- Employee Identification Card Without Insurance
This card is for employees who do not participate in Olivet's insurance program. It is used to identify
the employees and to give access to Benner Library and athletic activities.
- Photo Identification Card
This card is used to identify the employee while he or she is working. A card-holder will be issued with
this card and it must be worn at all times while working on Olivet's campus.
- Dependent Coverage
This card is issued to employees who enroll other family members in Olivet's insurance plan and is used
to identify them and provide their insurance information to health providers.
- Lost Employee Cards
Report all lost cards to the Office of Human Resources.
- Tiger Cards
This card is issued if the employee wishes to participate in the Tiger Dollars program.
