Improved Customer Service Options Information Technology plans to develop some processes, procedures, and services to better serve the Olivet community. These services include increased and improved self-help options, online submission and status checking of work orders, customer satisfaction surveys, and more. The details on how some of these will work and what tools will be used are yet to be worked out. Employee Status Notification Information Technology would like to develop a more comprehensive process to handle the necessary notifications and setup that needs to occur when new employees are hired, when someone changes positions and/or physical locations, and when employees leave. This will help ensure everything (network/email accounts, phone, computer, etc.) is set up and ready to go for a new employee on their first day of work.
