The Information Technology group is proud to announce that a new application is ready for use that will benefit the Olivet community in a big way!
http://changemypassword.olivet.edu is a revolutionary new way to provide "self-service" availability for password management. No longer will students be required to come to the IT offices to reset their network password if they are forgotten. This new utility will allow a user to set up a series of "challenge-based" questions so that upon successful verification a password can be reset by the user. This new web based technology will help streamline the password change process in a way that will benefit everyone For more information on how to use this new product visit http://changemypassword.olivet.edu and click on the Instruction link.
