Some Olivet users may have received an email with one or more of the following characteristics: - From: upgrade@olivet.edu - Subject: Verify your Account Please be aware that this is a hoax message and did not originate from any department at Olivet Nazarene University. Please delete the message from your mailbox and do not follow any of the instructions included within the message. If you have already replied to the message with any of your account details, we recommend that you change your network/email password in order to prevent possible misuse of your account. If you need assistance with this, please contact the Help Desk at extension 5302 from on-campus or at (815) 939-5302 or (866) 400-5302 (toll-free) from off-campus. Security policies dictate that you will never be asked, especially via email, by Information Technology to provide your username and password for any purpose. If you ever have questions or concerns about the privacy of your account details, please contact IT at the numbers listed above or by email at it@olivet.edu.
