Tiger Card

Tiger Card

The Tiger Card is your official student identification card. This card is required for all students, faculty, and staff members while at Olivet. This card will grant you access to essential functions as a student such as access to the Student Life and Recreation Center, vending machines, your campus , the Hammes Bookstore, to print to on-campus printers, and, as sometimes required, class attendance.

Starting in Spring 2022, we are implementing Mobile Credential, which gives you all the same accesses as the physical Tiger Card would have previously. You can enroll in this program today. Physical IDs will only be distributed to students who cannot or do not want to enroll in mobile program. Students who want physical card in addition to their mobile credential will be charged a $20.00 fee to their Student Account. Please stop by the Help Desk in Lower Level Benner if you elect to have a physical ID.

Physical ID replacement charge is $20.00 charged to your student account. Temporary IDs can be given for up to three business days for the primary purpose of finding your lost physical card.

Your Tiger card is very important and should be treated like any other identification card. If you card is lost or stolen, please contact the IT Help Desk immediately for us to mark it as such. Failure to do this may result in unauthorized access and/or transactions.

Tiger Dollars

Tiger Dollars is the easy, convenient on-campus currency that allows students to purchase items with only the swipe of their Tiger Card. Students use Tiger Dollars when they operate campus laundry machines and print from campus computer labs. In addition, students can use Tiger Dollars for vending machines, and on-campus stores. Tiger Dollars are not the same as Flex Dollars, which are purchased with your meal plan from Sodexo.

When students sign up for housing, they have the option of adding funds to their cards, which is charged to their Olivet accounts. They may add money to their cards any time using machines located in Ludwig Center or Benner Library. Parents can also add funds through eAccounts.  Simply click the "Make a guest deposit" link then enter the email address and ID number of the student.
