Provides technical support for information and computer systems that service the core enterprise, auxiliary, and Internet and web-based computing needs across the university. Provides technical support for the university’s administrative and academic departments, along with student and guest user populations.
Provides for overall management of Information Systems duties including programming, systems analysis, user instruction, documentation management, security, software management, and hardware management.
Performs duties that maintain, support and enhance the ONU web presence. Provides designs and theming for Drupal sites, micro-sites and campaigns for campus initiatives.
Assists in administrative computer programming and user support. Responsible for maintaining the document imaging system (Doc e Scan) and developing customized forms and applications using Doc e Fill.
Specializes in e-commerce and maintains PCI-DSS compliant solutions for the university. Develops secure web pages for event registrations, seminars, merchandise, and donations. Collaborates with Infrastructure Operations and third parties to maintain a secure environment. Provides system administration services for card data servers. Assists Financial Services group with accounts, data reporting, and issue resolution.
Provides for overall management of Enterprise Services duties including Colleague administrative computer programming and user support, Sharepoint portal administration, undergraduate and graduate CRM, account and course maintenance, student recruiting and retention, teaching and learning, Business Objects, Canvas LMS, Joule, My.Olivet, and others.
Works primarily as a web dev team supervisor and web strategist leading our excellent team of developers and managing project workloads. Collaborates with Marketing, Admissions, and other ONU departments to publish content on www.olivet.edu and related sites using Drupal and other industry standard content management systems.
