**This issue has been resolved**
The self-service menu on the My Olivet is currently down. Our technicians are actively working on fix for the issue.
The current workaround is to access the self service site directly at selfservice.olivet.edu/student, where you could find most options that are given in the self-service menu. Please be sure when logging into the site, that you are using your username (without the @olivet.edu).
