On Wednesday, October 25 we experienced two separate issues that led to problems connecting to Internet resources.
- At approximately 1:30 pm today, Microsoft reported an outage at their server center that may have affected the ability to log into and use Office 365 services (including email and OneDrive). Microsoft has repaired most of the issues as of roughly 6:00 pm
- Between 3:57 pm and 5:24 pm today, a device that connects ONU to the Internet experienced a malfunction that caused sporadic issues connecting to Internet resources. At 5:24 all services were unavailable for approximately 5 minutes while the malfunctioning hardware was repaired.
We will continue to monitor these services closely and will report if there are any additional issues or outages.
