The best way to manage your ONUnet password is to visit myaccount.microsoft.com.

If you are a new student, please follow the steps in the New Account Setup Guide.

If you forgot your password, you can click “Forgot My Password” and follow the prompts using your Multi-Factor Authentication that you configured the first time you signed into your account.

On Microsoft’s website, you will need to enter your entire Olivet email address and password. Once signed in, on the left side of the page, go to the My Account menu, and then Change Password menu option.

When changing the password make sure you follow the guidelines listed. 

The requirements include:

• 12 or more characters
•  1 or more numbers
•  Upper and lower case letters
•  1 or more special characters (e.g. !@#$%^&*()-+={{}}.|~)
