Information Technology at Olivet Nazarene University

The IT Help Desk is located in the lower level of the Benner Library, at the center of our main campus.

While the Help Desk may be open to phone assistance, please ensure the Benner Library is open for walk-up service prior to coming in for window service, especially during breaks. You can check the library hours here. While the Help Desk is open and during Library closures, we can let you in the front door if you give us a call.

During weekends and holidays when the University is closed, an on-call routine happens with staff for major system failures as well as account access assistance. Please feel free to email it@olivet.edu or leave a voicemail at 815-939-5302 and we will get back with you as soon as possible.
