We have received some reports that when viewing Kaltura videos in Canvas, using the latest Firefox 96.0 browser, it is giving a third party cookie errors, regardless of the browsers' cookie settings. This affects My Media, Gallery, and embedded videos within Canvas. Kaltura is aware of this issue and planning to implement a fix on January 23rd. We will update this article once that fix has been implemented.
We recommend that you use other browsers, such as Chrome or Edge, during this time.
