Mobile Credential

Tiger Card

The TigerCard is your official Olivet identification card. This ID is required for all students, faculty, and staff members while at Olivet. This ID will grant you access to essential functions such as access to the Student Life and Recreation Center, vending machines, your campus housing, the Hammes Bookstore, campus printers, and, for some courses, class attendance.  A complete list of services can be found below.

Olivet utilizes Mobile Credential which is stored on your smartphone's wallet.  You can tap your iPhone, Apple Watch or Android phone at readers across campus to conveniently access your TigerCard.  As soon as you have an approved ID photo you can add your ID to your phone using the instructions below.  Physical ID cards will only be distributed to students who cannot use Mobile Credential. Students who require a physical card in addition to their mobile credential will be charged a $20.00 fee to their Student Account.  Please stop by the Help Desk in the Lower Level of Benner if you need to have a physical ID card printed.

Your Tiger card is very important and should be treated like any other identification card. If your ID is lost or stolen, please contact the IT Help Desk immediately for us to mark it as such. Failure to do this may result in unauthorized access and/or transactions.  The replacement charge for a physical ID card is $20.00, charged to your student account. Temporary IDs can be given for up to three business days for the primary purpose of finding your lost physical card.

This video will guide you through the setup process, and you can find additional information below.
